Warranty Policy

All our products come with a 6 months warranty. The service includes 1 grooming service free of charge with any wear & tear repair. Customers can claim the free grooming service anytime inside the warranty period. To avail the warranty customers must have the warranty documents otherwise the warranty claim will be void. After the warranty period, it will be charged accordingly.

Warranty policy void list for shoes:

Any alterations or modifications made to the shoes.
Excessive wear and tear due to improper usage or neglect.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse.
Failure to follow care instructions provided with the shoes.
Use of the shoes for activities beyond their intended purpose.
Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions such as heat, cold, or moisture.
Any repairs or alterations made by unauthorized third parties.
Loss or damage resulting from natural disasters or acts of nature.
Normal wear and tear over time, including but not limited to fading, stretching, or minor cosmetic imperfections.
Any shoes sold as "final sale" or "as-is" without warranty coverage.
