Exchange & Return Policy

We offer an easy exchange policy inside Dhaka, Dhaka suburbs & outside of Dhaka. Exchanges can be made within 7 days (Inside Dhaka), 10 days (outside of Dhaka) from the purchase date. We do not offer any kind of refunds in cash/digital currency for online or store purchases.

Conditions for Exchange/Return and Refund:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
The product must be intact with tags.
All items must be returned in original condition (including all receipts/invoices and packaging) with barcode tags attached.
Each Product is eligible for a single exchange only.
Refunds will be processed and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund or Exchange facility is not applicable for products on discounted or discontinued items.
